These terms of service cover the Jukebox web service, (hereinafter referred to as 'service'), that enables the collaborative use of the Jukebox player software over a network.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You acknowledge and agree that the functionality and performance of any third-party or user-provided software used in conjunction with the service is outside of our control, and we make no warranties or representations regarding such software.
You understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. Any reliance you place on the service or on any collaborative interactions facilitated through the service is strictly at your own discretion and risk.
Acceptable Use
The acceptable use of the service encompasses the manner in which the user and their software interacts with the service. We reserve the right to block access to the service to anyone, with any means, at any time, without advance notice, without justification.
By using the service, you agree that:
- You only interact with the service through software provided by Jukebox, without any modifications to functionality.
- Any software interacting with the service must be operated by a human and not be autonomous.
- You take full responsibility for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable intellectual property laws.
- You will not use the service in a manner that could result in an unusually large number of connections overloading the service. For example, you will not share a session link with a large audience or crowd.
