These terms of service cover the Jukebox web service, (hereinafter referred to as 'service'), that enables the collaborative use of the Jukebox player software over a network.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. Acceptable Use

The acceptable use of the service encompasses the manner in which the user and their software interacts with the service. We reserve the right to block access to the service to anyone, with any means, at any time, without advance notice, without justification.
